Biography

Ken joined the Minor Firm in 2006 after serving as Law Clerk to the Honorable William T. Boyett and the Honorable Robert B. Adams in the Conasauga Judicial Circuit. He has extensive experience as a business and transaction attorney and advises companies in various industries including manufacturing, professional services, banking, and health care in various transactions and situations. These include structuring their business entities and the related ownership arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, financing, as well as structuring and documenting employment, supplier, customer, and supply chain relationships. Ken is also experienced in representing municipalities, trade associations, and nonprofit corporations.

Ken is a graduate of the Leadership Dalton-Whitfield Program (2009). He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, fishing, and staying active in the community.
