Biography
One of the founding partners of the Minor Firm, Tom has worked in the area of real property law for more than forty years. Tom prides himself on his responsiveness and helping his clients get deals closed. Tom brings his unique knowledge of North Georgia and his passion for real estate to work with his clients to assist in transactions. Tom represents developers, lenders, corporations, and individuals who have need of advice in all areas of real property law. Tom brings a depth of experience to work with the clients of the Firm to close most any type of transaction.
Tom is a past director of the Georgia Real Property Closing Attorneys Association and has served on the Executive Committee of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
Tom has always been involved in the community, having served as the Chairman of the Community Foundation of Northwest Georgia, the Chairman of the Trust Committee for the Whitfield Healthcare Foundation, the Chairman of the Creative Arts Guild and as a past Lieutenant of the Kiwanis Club of Dalton and the past President of the Leadership Dalton-Whitfield Program.
